ORIGEN. LA SEMILLA DE LOS TIEMPOS

ORIGEN. LA SEMILLA DE LOS TIEMPOS
A DIALOGUE BETWEEN ERAS

The Perelada Festival presents a journey through memory, identity and movement. "Origen. La Semilla de los Tiempos" is a creation that unites Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía and Accademia del Piacere in a fascinating dialogue between flamenco and baroque music. Tradition becomes living matter, capable of being transformed and reborn through a stage language that looks to the past to speak to us in the present.

With musical direction by Fahmi Alqhai and choreography by Patricia Guerrero, it bridges the gap between eras and sensibilities. Their work, free of conventionalism, takes ancient forms and reinvents them from a contemporary point of view. The sounds of the Golden Age merge with the rhythmic and emotional strength of flamenco, creating a unique atmosphere where music and dance are one voice.

On the stage, seven acts cover the legacy of shared roots: sarabandes, marionas and passacaglia music that resonate in each flamenco beat, in each choreographic gesture. With his cubist and grounded form, Guerrero moves across styles and periods, shaping an expressiveness that pushes the boundaries. The austere, precise staging transforms every movement into an image and every sound into emotion.

"Origen. La Semilla de los Tiempos" does not rebuild, but reinvents. A visual and sonic rhapsody where the past powerfully resonates in the present and art becomes a form of permanence.
