Can I return the tickets?
Once purchased, the ticket will not be exchanged and its amount will not be refunded, except for cancellation of the show by the organisation.
In case of cancellation of the show once the performance has started, for any reason including adverse weather conditions, the ticket price will not be refunded in any of the following cases: if 45 minutes have passed since the start of the performance; or, if halfway through the performance, whichever is the lesser of the two cases.
Can ticket availability change?
Yes, it is possible that new tickets may become available due to organisational changes. We therefore recommend that you sign up to the waiting list or check the website more than once.
Can the festival organisers cancel and/or modify the dates, times, programmes or performers scheduled?
The organisers reserve the right, if circumstances so require, to alter or modify the announced programmes or performers of the show. In addition, for artistic, technical or meteorological reasons, the organisers reserve the right to delay the start of the show.
It may also decide to suspend or cancel the show if circumstances arise which, according to its own criteria, prevent the normal holding of the event, put the safety or health of people at risk or make it inadvisable to hold the show.
