When and how can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets through the Festival's official website:

A few minutes after you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your contact e-mail address. If you don't receive it, you should check your inbox and if you can't find it, check your spam or other email tabs.

You can also buy tickets by phone, our contact: +34 972 53 82 92 from 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00h.

Our telephone line is open 7 days a week, but we are staffed Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 7pm. If you contact us outside these hours, please give us your telephone number and we will call you back during our opening hours.

How can I print my tickets?

You can print your tickets at home from your purchase confirmation email, access your Personal Zone on our ticketing website or download them directly to your mobile phone.

To minimise contacts, we recommend that you display the tickets on your mobile phone.

Can I return the tickets?

Once purchased, the ticket will not be exchanged and its amount will not be refunded, except for cancellation of the show by the organisation, including possible causes derived from Covid-19.

Due to the exceptional nature of the current health situation, we guarantee the refund of tickets 48 hours before the show, if you are in one of the following cases:

That mobility reductions are implemented subsequent to your purchase such as provincial, regional or border perimeter closures.

Inability to attend due to circumstances directly related to health, such as the diagnosis of illness by the purchaser or the obligation of quarantine, circumstances that must be duly certified.

In case of cancellation of the show once the performance has started, for any reason including adverse weather conditions, the ticket price will not be refunded in any of the following cases: if 45 minutes have passed since the start of the performance; or, if halfway through the performance, whichever is the lesser of the two cases.

Can ticket availability change?

Yes, it is possible that new tickets may become available due to organisational changes. We therefore recommend that you sign up to the waiting list or check the website more than once.

Can the festival organisers cancel and/or modify the dates, times, programmes or performers scheduled?

The organisers reserve the right, if circumstances so require, to alter or modify the announced programmes or performers of the show. In addition, for artistic, technical or meteorological reasons, the organisers reserve the right to delay the start of the show.

It may also decide to suspend or cancel the show if circumstances arise which, according to its own criteria, prevent the normal holding of the event, put the safety or health of people at risk or make it inadvisable to hold the show.

Where can I park?

The Festival organisers have set up several free parking areas just a few metres from the different entrances to the festival.

What time should I arrive?

You can enter the castle grounds from 7 p.m. onwards. At present, and in accordance with health recommendations, access to the venues where the concerts will be held will be staggered. We recommend that you check your recommended time slot for access.

Once the performance has begun, it is the organisers' responsibility to allow access.

What are the sanitary measures inside the venue?

Our venue follows the regulations for cultural activities set by Procicat, which are updated according to the evolution of the health situation. The Festival team, on the opening day of the Festival and throughout the event, will continuously review the necessary safety measures indicated by the competent authorities.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation in guaranteeing the safety of everyone during your stay at the venue, which will allow us to carry out the entire programme.

In this sense, spectators must comply with and respect the preventive measures established by both the authorities and the organisation in relation to the Covid-19 protocols.

Can minors enter the concerts programmed?

Children under 4 years of age are not allowed to enter, except for those shows indicated by the organisers. In all cases, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents, teachers or guardians, who must have the corresponding authorisation for minors (see the website
