COVID-19 MEASURES AND PROTOCOLS AT THE FESTIVAL

Our venue follow the regulations for cultural activities established by Authorities, which are updated as the health situation evolves. From the first day of the festival and throughout its entire duration, the festival team will review the necessary security measures indicated by the competent authorities.

In this regard, audience members must comply with and respect the risk prevention measures established, both by government authorities and the organisation, in relation to Covid-19 protocols.

MOBILITY AND PROTOCOLS INSIDE THE PREMISES

Our entire team is working hard to comply with health protocols, and to answer any questions you have during your visit. In addition, you will find signs and instructions throughout the venue to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

To avoid crowds, access to the Auditorium will open 45 minutes before the start of the performance.

There are a number of different points throughout the premises with antibacterial gel at your disposal and we remind you of the recommended use of a mask.

We also guarantee the entire premises is disinfected daily.

BUYING TICKETS AND TICKET FORMATS

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your tickets, either at the time or later, by logging in to your account. Please show your ticket on a mobile phone or, if this is not possible, bring a printed ticket from home.

LIMITED CAPACITY

Currently, due to the evolution of the pandemic, a 100% capacity is allowed, however, the organisation reserves the right to modify it according to the evolution of the regulations set by the Authorities regarding restrictions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the show by the organisers.

If necessary due to the evolution of the pandemic, the organisation may cancel the concert, refund all or part of the tickets already sold and/or offer a new capacity for sale. In the event that it is decided to return part of the tickets already sold as a result of a reduction in capacity, this will be done in strict order of priority in the purchase of tickets, without this implying any acquired right on the part of the people who have bought in advance above the percentage of occupation finally determined.

In the event that a performance has to be cancelled by order of the health authorities, the amount of the tickets will be refunded during the following days of the date of the event.

The organisers may, if circumstances so require, change dates, times, programmes, performers, or cancel the performance.

THE PROGRAMMES

Paper programmes will be available and can be consulted in digital format on our website or through the QR codes that you will find at the entrances.
