Covid Measures

COVID-19 MEASURES AND PROTOCOLS AT THE FESTIVAL

Our premises follow the regulations for cultural activities established by Authorities, which are updated as the health situation evolves. From the first day of the festival and throughout its entire duration, the festival team will review the necessary security measures indicated by the competent authorities.

Here are the special measures we will take to protect the health of the public, artists and festival staff, so that everyone can have an exceptional time at the festival.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation, which will help guarantee everyone’s safety while they are on the premises, and allow us to offer a full festival programme.

In this regard, audience members must comply with and respect the risk prevention measures established, both by government authorities and the organisation, in relation to Covid-19 protocols.

CONTACT AND PERSONAL CARE

Our support team is at your disposal to help guide you and resolve any questions that may arise due to the current circumstances.

We will send you details of the measures that will be implemented in advance, via email. Please also make sure to check our website to stay up to date.

You can contact us by calling +34 972 53 82 92, or you can write an email to taquilla@festivalperalada.com.

MOBILITY AND PROTOCOLS INSIDE THE PREMISES

Our entire team is working hard to comply with health protocols, and to answer any questions you have during your visit. In addition, you will find signs and instructions throughout the premises to ensure compliance with safety protocols, and to make sure you move around safely within each area.

Audiences will be allowed access to the Auditorium gradually, by zones.

There are a  number of different points throughout the premises with antibacterial gel at your disposal. Please remember to wear your mask at all times.

We also guarantee the entire premises is disinfected daily.

BUYING TICKETS AND TICKET FORMATS

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your tickets, either at the time or later, by logging in to your account. Please show your ticket on a mobile phone or, if this is not possible, bring a printed ticket from home, in order to reduce physical contact.

LIMITED CAPACITY

Currently, because of the evolution of the pandemic and the indications of the Authorities regarding the restrictions, this concert is on sale with a capacity of 70%, with the forecast that in the coming weeks it will open again at 100%.

The organisation reserves the right to modify the capacity according to the evolution of the regulations set by the Authorities regarding the restrictions to avoid the spread of covid19.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the show by the organisers.

If a performance must be cancelled by order of the health authorities, tickets will be refunded within a few days of the date of the event.

If circumstances so require, the organisers may change dates, times, programmes, performers or cancel the performance.

The organisers may cancel the concert, return tickets already sold and offer a new capacity for sale if the evolution of the pandemic so requires, without this implying any acquired right on the part of people who have bought tickets in advance.

STAGGERED ENTRY TO ENSURE SAFETY

Before each concert, you will receive an email where we will provide you with all the information you need for your visit, along with all the measures implemented within the premises.

Please pay careful attention to the time when you will be allowed to enter the Auditorium. Entry will be staggered to ensure safety. Check your entry slot on your ticket, and on our website.

If you do not enter during your assigned slot, you will be allowed in a few minutes before access to the premises closes, following the instructions of our usher staff.

LEAVING AFTER THE CONCERT

In order to minimise risk, we have put an exit protocol in place so the audience leaves by row and by zone. Please do not move from your seat until the end of the concert. We will tell you how to leave the Auditorium in order to avoid crowds.

ACCESS TO TOILET FACILITIES

Access to toilet facilities will be controlled, and they will have limited capacity. To prevent crowds from forming, toilets will be available from the time the Auditorium opens (9 pm), for the duration of the concert, and up to 30 minutes after the concert has finished. They will be continuously cleaned and disinfected. Please check with staff to find the closest services.

PAPER COPIES OF CONCERT PROGRAMMES

Due to the current circumstances, we will not be providing paper copies of concert programmes. You can download the programmes in digital format from our website, or using the QR codes at every entrance.

INTERVALS

Most of the concerts will not have intervals and if they do, we will require minimum mobility from the audience to avoid crowds.

If we have not answered all your questions, please contact us by email at taquilla@festivalperalada.com, or call us on +34 972 53 82 92.
