LES ARTS FLORISSANTS - WILLIAM CHRISTIE
William Christie is a well-respected performer in the baroque music world. He is a pioneer and point of reference in the rediscovery and rapprochement of French baroque to the wider public and will return next Summer at the expressed will of the Festival. In leading the legendary instrumental and vocal group Les Arts Florissants, they will perform a unique program of motets in the Carme Church which will include the participation of the prestigious tenor Reinoud van Mechelen interpreting works of Campra, Couperin and Charpentier. This will be an unmissable occasion for lovers of exquisite baroque.
